Craftsy's warranty includes coverage for repair or replacement of our products. In the unlikely event that a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will promptly address the issue through either repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the concern.

Please note that our warranty does not extend to cover installation costs, labor charges, or any other consequential expenses.

To avail of warranty benefits, kindly ensure that all requests are accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Lifetime Mechanical Warranty: Craftsy provides a mechanical warranty that remains valid as long as the initial purchaser/homeowner continues to maintain and own the property in which the product is installed.

• 5-Year Finish Warranty: For all faucets and sinks, Craftsy offers a comprehensive 5-year finish warranty, ensuring the enduring beauty of your fixtures.

• 2-Year Wearable Parts Warranty: Craftsy extends a 2-year warranty covering wearable parts such as hoses, washers, seals, and other components, ensuring lasting performance.

Warranty Limitations

Our warranty is exclusively applicable to the initial purchaser or homeowner. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear.

The warranty is not applicable under the following circumstances:

• Products repaired or altered by the initial purchaser without authorization from Craftsy.

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, faulty maintenance, or improper installation.

• Products used in a manner contrary to the intended normal use.
